My name is kylie and I am a solo business owner, I do all the embroidery myself.
I am also a wife and a mother of 4 who is trying to get this business off the ground. I have been open since 2021 and am based in Wroughton, Swindon.
Returns Policy
Due to the personalisation's, returns and refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty or if the personalisation on the item is different to what you stated while ordering, so please double check all spelling and details as it is unlikely to be able too be rectified at a later date.
